This is a lovely south facing house situated in the beautiful beach resort of Labenne Ocean. This fully equipped two bedroom house, sleeps 7, has a large garden and is surrounded by pine forest. Fully renovated and refurbished in 2013.

The open plan kitchen living area has south facing glass sliding doors, making the room very light and airy. With lovely views of the large terrace and garden.

You’ll see from the photos the house was built with nothing but Lands pine forest behind it. With great surf spots, beautiful beachs, local shops, bars, restaurants and takeaways all just a few minutes walk away this house is in a great location for a wonderful holiday.

The cycle paths stretch both North and South of Labenne for miles in either direction. There are also lots of places to hire bicycles.

Places to go by car or bike: To the North, 15 minutes away you have Capbreton, Hossegor and Seignosse. To the South, 20 minutes away you have Bayonne, Biarritz and St Jean de Luz. The Spanish border is 30 minutes away.

Finally, in land you have the Pyrenees, the foothills of which you can reach within the hour.
